1. Our Confidentiality Commitment

Fitz Executives Services (FES) operates under a zero-disclosure policy. We do not confirm, deny, or discuss the identity of any current or past client, the nature of any engagement, or any information shared with us in the course of an inquiry or service relationship.

This policy applies without exception — regardless of the source of the inquiry, including media, legal parties, or other third parties — unless compelled by a valid court order under applicable law.

2. Personnel NDA Requirements

Every individual associated with Fitz Executives Services — including full-time agents, part-time contractors, drivers, administrative staff, and operational partners — is required to execute a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement as a condition of their engagement with FES. These agreements include:

• Prohibition on disclosing client identities, locations, schedules, or any engagement details
• Prohibition on discussing FES operational protocols, security methodologies, or internal procedures
• Ongoing obligations that survive the termination of employment or contract
• Significant financial penalties and legal remedies for any breach

3. What Is Considered Confidential

The following categories of information are treated as strictly confidential:

• Client identity, family members, associates, and related parties
• Engagement dates, locations, routes, and schedules
• Nature and purpose of any security engagement
• Threat assessments, risk profiles, and security briefings
• Communications between the client and FES
• Financial terms and contract details
• Any personal information shared during an inquiry or engagement

4. Client NDA Option

For clients who require an additional layer of formal protection, FES offers the execution of a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to any initial consultation. Under this agreement, neither party may disclose information about the other or the nature of the engagement.

5. Digital & Communications Security

FES takes the following measures to protect client communications and data:

• All website transmissions are encrypted via SSL/TLS
• Client files are stored on secure, access-controlled systems
• Internal communications regarding active clients are restricted to authorized personnel only
• Electronic devices used by field personnel are secured and encrypted
• Sensitive communications may be conducted via encrypted messaging upon client request

6. Legal Compulsion

In the rare event that FES receives a legally valid court order, subpoena, or government directive requiring disclosure of client information, we will:

• Immediately notify the affected client to the extent permitted by law
• Seek legal counsel to challenge or limit the scope of any required disclosure
• Disclose only the minimum information legally required

7. Breach & Enforcement

Any breach of confidentiality obligations by FES personnel is treated as a serious violation and will result in immediate termination of employment or contract, pursuit of all available legal remedies, and financial damages as outlined in the applicable NDA.
