1. Services Provided

Fitz Executives Services (FES) provides executive protection, secure ground transport, VIP escort, event security, estate security, and travel security planning services. All services are subject to availability, scope of engagement, and applicable licensing in the jurisdiction of service.

FES reserves the right to decline any engagement that conflicts with our operational standards, legal obligations, or ethical guidelines.

2. Engagement & Contracts

All services require a formal written service agreement prior to deployment. Verbal agreements do not constitute a binding contract. Service agreements will outline:

• Scope of services and personnel to be deployed
• Duration, location, and schedule of the engagement
• Agreed compensation, payment schedule, and deposit requirements
• Cancellation and modification terms
• Confidentiality obligations of both parties

3. Payment Terms

All engagements require a deposit prior to service commencement. Standard payment terms are as follows:

• Hourly & Daily engagements: 50% deposit required at booking; balance due upon completion.
• Monthly retainer agreements: First month's retainer due in full prior to commencement; subsequent months billed on the 1st of each month.
• Corporate contracts: Payment schedule defined in the service agreement.

Accepted payment methods include wire transfer, ACH, and major credit cards. All prices are quoted in USD.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 72 hours notice: Full deposit refunded minus a 10% processing fee.
• 24–72 hours notice: 50% of total engagement cost is forfeited.
• Less than 24 hours notice: Full engagement cost is forfeited.
• No-show or on-site cancellation: Full engagement cost plus any incurred expenses are due immediately.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the nature of the engagement and any known threats or risks
• Cooperate fully with FES personnel and follow reasonable security directives
• Notify FES immediately of any changes to the engagement scope, location, or timeline
• Ensure that all locations and activities during the engagement are lawful
• Not request FES personnel to engage in any illegal activity

6. Limitation of Liability

Fitz Executives Services will exercise all reasonable professional care in the delivery of services. However, FES cannot guarantee absolute prevention of all security incidents. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services for the relevant engagement period.

FES is not liable for damages arising from client non-compliance with security directives, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of all engagements, client identities, security protocols, and any information exchanged in the course of service delivery. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms or any service agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
